    Still all yeses. I am being a bit generous with the exercise because I hurt my back and can't work out so I am counting my walk to the shops to get some presents at lunchtime.

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes - again, my day was way too low. I am just ripping and running to the point that I am even going strong during lunch. Every day this week, my lunch has been peanut butter crackers eaten on the run.

    So, I upped my calories to 2k (usually 1200 a day) in prep for a celebration at a very unhealthy chinese place. I also exercised a TON in order to compensate for the high calorie foods. Well, turns out that I netted 1072!!! YAY!!! :blushing:

    How would someone put (hanging up the Christmas Lights up) into their exercise diary? Which category would it be under? Would it be considered as an exercise or not?

    I would definitely consider that an exercise. It's like yoga, with all the stretching. I don't know how you would list it on MFP, but it counts for this challenge.
