    It's really more like a -2 because I had put on two when I weight myself for the beginning of the month hehe.

    Second weigh in at 295 but that is okay I am proud of my slow and painful 13 lbs total and I intend to keep going till I reach my goals I have a busy month ahead of me though and I really want to work hard! On the plus side saving my cat cost so much money I can't even afford to go out and eat! Awesome :)

    I'm not surprised or upset. I was in a "no carb" period, added carbs back. My trainer told me this was going happen. I freaked out a little and then moved on. My measurements are still the same, so I'm okay with it.

    Thanks, Dan! I think some of the water weight I was holding onto from Thanksgiving finally worked itself out. Now the challenge is to keep moving in a downward direction so I can make this month's challenge :-)

    Just curious, once you set your challenge weight can you change it? I was not expecting to do so well, and I only have 1 pound to go to meet my challenge goal. Or do we just see how much further we can go than expected?

    Ya back to another loss! I feel like plenty of things did not change for me yet every few weeks that number goes down and it's been a long time since it went up (at least on scale days though I get some variance during the week). I know I am on a good path!
