    I know it's only been five days, but I'm very pleased with myself so far. Not had to alter my calories at all, even had some chocolate and junk food today, and managed to lose weight. Well done to you guys too.

    I feel drained today, lack of energy....my decrease is food is taking effect, I'll go to bed early tonight.

    Difficult day today.. body was hurting did not complete my daily walk today, although completed 30 min of strength training.
    Tomorrow is a new day and hopefully the body will feel better :-)

    Today was a long day for working out. I swam for 45 minutes this morning and did my circuit class tonight, one hour plus a 15 minute treadmill warm-up. We're going out of town for three days so everything will be more challenging beginning tomorrow through Sunday. I'm hoping their WiFi will be working so I can check in. I'm less worried about food than exercise. I should be able to get a good walk in every day though.
