    Difficult day today.. body was hurting did not complete my daily walk today, although completed 30 min of strength training.
    Tomorrow is a new day and hopefully the body will feel better :-)

    Huge day for me today. Plan to increase my calorie goal tomorrow, guessing I will be extra hungry.

    Today was a long day for working out. I swam for 45 minutes this morning and did my circuit class tonight, one hour plus a 15 minute treadmill warm-up. We're going out of town for three days so everything will be more challenging beginning tomorrow through Sunday. I'm hoping their WiFi will be working so I can check in. I'm less worried about food than exercise. I should be able to get a good walk in every day though.

    Did I stay within the calorie budget I set for myself today? No, over by 200+ :( - baked cupcakes with the kids and ate more than one...was having a hard time getting the frosting right and just kept eating it. Bad excuse and too late to exercise more to burn it off.
