Today was a long day for working out. I swam for 45 minutes this morning and did my circuit class tonight, one hour plus a 15 minute treadmill warm-up. We're going out of town for three days so everything will be more challenging beginning tomorrow through Sunday. I'm hoping their WiFi will be working so I can check in. I'm less worried about food than exercise. I should be able to get a good walk in every day though.0 -
