    Okay, ladies and gents....I've noticed a few are beginning to have some tough days. This is so normal. You are all excited about a new plan, everything in place, times, foods, waters, exercises, etc. Then the weather starts to change, a special event comes up, or your body is trying to adjust to what you are doing to it....ALL NORMAL!! Be patient!!! Just find a way to adjust to the situation called ....L-I-F-E!! Think outside of the box. What are some other ways to exercise instead of a walk in snow at 20 below? What are other ways of cooking your favorite dish without adding all the fat or sugar? Finally, PLAN,PLAN,PLAN!! If you know a special occasion is coming up, try to get those extra calories burned early. Remember this is a lifestyle that we all are trying to get used to....good and bad days are going to happen!! Be prepared!! NOW GO GET TO MOVIN' & LOSIN' !!! :drinker:

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yup, walked 5.67 miles in a bit over 90 minutes in shorts in <50 degree weather and paying for it, lol

    Did I keep track everything? Yeppers ...I sure did...didn't eat all that much ..hurts too much to move, lol

    My ONLY question for you is WHY???? :laugh: OMG!! I become a bear when it's cold outside.....I think I need to hibernate until it warms up!! No kidding!! I cannot stand the cold weather and now that I've lost most of my "insulation" I hate it even more!! :bigsmile:

    (My food diary will be off sorts tomorrow and not sure if I will hit calorie goal. Having a tooth pulled and will be on soft foods)

    I feel drained today, lack of energy....my decrease is food is taking effect, I'll go to bed early tonight.

    Make sure you're not starving yourself. Don't forget, you set your calorie goal. If you need more fuel, don't hesitate to increase your calorie budget.
