Weighed in! Lost 5 pounds since Dec 1! (My slider chart says 4, cuz I started myfitnesspal the day after Thanksgiving, or so. then I gained one pound between then and Dec 1, when I started this group. But have since lost that pound plus 4 more! Yay!!!!! Thank you for this awesome group!0

I went to a cocktail party and went way over...who knew martinis had so many calories?! Or maybe it was the crab dip and fancy cheeses! lol. So today has been quite hectic. Although I've been on my feet most of the day because of a dog show, I've not actually tracked 20 minutes worth of exercise.
Was already undressed and ready for bed, but put some clothes on and went out for a very brisk walk.
Even gave me some spare calories for some chocolate.
So for the 7th day in a row it is Yes, Yes and Yes from me!0 -
Well today's my birthday and our family get together for thanksgiving. I pre-logged the dinner. What I didn't take into account was appetizers and then my hubby brought me a drink. So I will see you next month for the challenge I'm sure I'll make it more than a week. I knew today would be hard and I haven't had my sliver of cake yet.
