Ketogenic Diet

I've just started this diet, so there's not much I can post on it right now, but after a month on it and each month I'll update with my status.

Keto Diet (in general):
- 65% fat
- 35% protein
- 5% carbs

  • Day 01 - 273 lbs - well went okay, but I went over my daily goal on the sugar and carbs... but I was about 700 calories less than my goal (limit really).
