Just saw this commercial on television...makes me angry...spreading the BS by large food corporations, acting like they are saving the world, while putting future generations on a track to obesity and disease...check this out:

I totally understand what you're getting at, but I don't think that it was meaning to say eat cheerios and you'll never diet, I think it was more about the GoGirls thing.
I miss Cheerios, to be perfectly honest. I love them. Plain, honey nut, banana nut, apple cinnamon, peanut butter, and multi grain.
For our Keto, obviously it's a no-no!
