    A really tough day to stay on track with two parties. I tried to control my portions and my choices, but didn't quite keep my calories low enough. I was so tempted to just crawl into bed, but my goal to make it through the month staying on track with this group kept me going, and I just finished exercising off my excess calories instead.

    December isn't going to get the best of me! :wink:

    Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? yup - still sore from Body Pump so I walked on the treadmill for about 80 minutes.

    Went Christmas shopping today with very little purchases.....UGH! Santa better hurry up....it's not much longer before the big day!! :bigsmile:

    Hard day today... Lots of things to do and get done. Stress can really effect me in my eating habits.

    Hi everyone! I'm bowing out of December. Today I just lost track of logging and I really don't know how many calories I consumed as I was out of town and went to a basketball game. I didn't feel I did badly, but I can't say.

    I'm not going to pretend it was a good day because it wasn't. We had a party to go to tonight, an appetizer and dessert party......yikes. I managed to stay under but just barely and because I didn't eat much at lunch or dinner. Back to normal tomorrow, at least until the next round of parties next weekend and through Christmas. It's not pretty......................LOL

    It was our office party last night and I had one of those glasses that never empties! I've no idea how much I had but I KNOW it was a lot more than I had allowed for.

    So, I'm out for December but I will keep going and plan to come back strong in January.

    Thank you for the challenge, it has definitely helped me to re focus on my goals after a few months of slacking off :flowerforyou:

    Frankly I'm shocked! I had almost 900 calories to work with for my neighbourhood house crawl, but I still went over. Technically some of it was consumed after midnight, but I have decided to relax and take a little diet vacation today so it's time to bow out gracefully. See you all in January.

    I was swamped with a last minute Xmas project and I didn't have time to exercise or track. I will see you all in January (and I will keep up the good fight this month in an unofficial capacity). Good luck to you all.
