Frankly I'm shocked! I had almost 900 calories to work with for my neighbourhood house crawl, but I still went over. Technically some of it was consumed after midnight, but I have decided to relax and take a little diet vacation today so it's time to bow out gracefully. See you all in January.

I was swamped with a last minute Xmas project and I didn't have time to exercise or track. I will see you all in January (and I will keep up the good fight this month in an unofficial capacity). Good luck to you all.
