I'm not going to pretend it was a good day because it wasn't. We had a party to go to tonight, an appetizer and dessert party......yikes. I managed to stay under but just barely and because I didn't eat much at lunch or dinner. Back to normal tomorrow, at least until the next round of parties next weekend and through Christmas. It's not pretty......................LOL0 -

It was our office party last night and I had one of those glasses that never empties! I've no idea how much I had but I KNOW it was a lot more than I had allowed for.
So, I'm out for December but I will keep going and plan to come back strong in January.

Hi everyone! I'm bowing out of December. Today I just lost track of logging and I really don't know how many calories I consumed as I was out of town and went to a basketball game. I didn't feel I did badly, but I can't say.

Frankly I'm shocked! I had almost 900 calories to work with for my neighbourhood house crawl, but I still went over. Technically some of it was consumed after midnight, but I have decided to relax and take a little diet vacation today so it's time to bow out gracefully. See you all in January.0 -
