I just found this at my Kroger's grocery store.
It's called Moon Cheese made with 100% cheese by nutraDried LLP.
It's crunchy and taste really good. And it comes in 3 different flavors like Gouda (kind of bland, but ok), Pepper Jack (has a little kick to it), and Cheddar (my fave).

Our local grocery carries these babies: aged parmesan crisps, in a variety of flavors. They are like little crackers made of cheese -- perfect for dipping in guacamole!

I love those!!! My gluten free store (I have a wheat allergy) carries those. And Whole Foods has there own brand of parmesan crisps that's really good too.0
