I'm looking for some answers to questions about marathon training on a Keto diet. I've read a couple of books but connecting with someone who has actually done it would be helpful. Please message me.

I've done over 12 miles at a time on targeted ketogenic... I ate snacks of somewhere between 20g of carbs and 80g of carbs before my runs. I look up to these guys: http://www.runketo.com/
One dude is keto-adapted, has done a 50 miler. That's insane. Lots of talks about ironman triathlon training, and high altitude cycling and stuff. Really interesting.0
