Hello,
I am fairly new to this new lifestyle change and for the most part it is not hard. In fact I am losing weight and feel great! My biggest obstacle right now is breakfast. I've never been one for cereal, oatmal etc.. The one thing I have liked and has worked for me is 1/4 of yogurt with some almonds. I know I cannot have this so any other ideas. I can only do eggs sparingly as I do not like them:(
Any breakfast ideas would be appreciated.

Almond flour pancakes! Bullet-proof coffee!
But why not yogurt? Find a low-carb, high-fat variety like Balkan. And an ounce of walnuts only has 2 grams of net carbs.0 -
Bacon, eggs & spinach (all cooked in some of the bacon fat) Delish!0
