    Let's do it! I do cardio most days, so it'll be great to tone up my belly too.

    I'm in! I want some sort of abs when all the fat melts off. ;) Other than yoga classes, I tend to focus on cardio too, so this is a great little challenge for the new year.

    I'm Elizabeth and I'm from Boston. I'm 35, 5'3 and 124 lbs. I do a lot of running and I'm trying to be more consistent with core and strength exercises as well. Cardio comes so easy to me and I enjoy it! Still trying to lose the last 6- 9lbs of baby weight (my baby is 4). Good luck everyone!

  • I'm restarting my quest for weight loss. I'm 38 and WANT MY BODY BACK!! I have been a yoyo dieter and exerciser but ready to make this commitment. I have 50 pounds to lose and love ab exercises.   • I'm so excited about this! I need the extra push to really focus on getting my abs back. I've put on close to 20 pounds in the past 18 months since graduating from college, so hopefully this will help me start getting my body back
