    I've decided to break up my resolutions in quarters. Here is what I will accomplish in the next three months:

    continue logging
    continue exercising
    make Mondays the official "Meatless Monday" - either have an entire vegetarian meal, or a serving of fish in lieu of any meat protein. Effective on Jan. 6th :)
    drop another 15 pounds
    sign up for 5k in the end of Spring

    1. Stop drinking ALL soda!! I am soooo addicted!! :drinker:

    Mini challenge:
    1 hour cardio. Wow that will be a challenge!! We are going to our daughters today so the plan is to have my hubby drop me off 20 min from her house. ????. So i have no choice! Have to finish by foot if i want to get there!

    MINI MENTAL CHALLENGE:

    Every day repeat the Yoda mantra:

    I've done 59 minutes of cardio according to my logging. Off to "play" with the kettlebells to make the hour.

    As for resolutions... I have none. Apart for getting better at my job :)

    So I've done 10 sets on 10 KB Swings with a 20Kg KB. Thing I qualify for the challenge now :happy:

    My oldest doesnt go back to school til Monday so the 1 hour isnt do able this week....

    Get back to drinking more water and keep on losing the weight

    I'm in, I would say it's no problem but this week with all three kids home from school and family parties. It will be a challenge this will keeping me going to try and make this challenge.

    I'm in ! 1hr of cardio a day it is ! I'm sure it will yield results !
    My resolution is to lose 60 lbs by then end of this year and maintain it.
    Also to not let the scale discourage me !

    Cardio - will be a challenge...I will make this happen.


    Resolutions

    1. Lose the remaining 30 pounds by next New Years Eve!
    2. Implement a meatless day. Haven't chosen a day yet...
    3. Drink more water. Get rid of soda.
    4. Stay consistent with logging
    5. Complete a 5k this summer

    I only saw this now and the day is over so too late to do the whole week but starting tomorrow I am in!

    I don't really have and resolutions but I am joining the gym tomorrow and I am going to start lifting heavy so I am excited about that.

    .......and my mental-mini is to complete this Ultimate Challenge for the month of January.
    It will be quite a committment for 31 days but a great way to start off the year.

    I will do my best to get as close to 60 mins of cardio in every day this week. Today, 01/01/2014, I did 53 total minutes of cardio.

    1. Continue to log my food and exercise daily.
    2. Continue to get at least 30 minutes of cardio in at least 3 days a week.
    3. Continue to lose weight until I am within my normal range BMI.
    4. Set mini goals for myself...10 lbs. at a time!!! Right now I am shooting to weigh less than 190...when I reach that, I will be shooting for 180,
    5. Continue to eat healthier meals. This is not a diet....it is a lifestyle CHANGE!!!!
    6. Join groups on MFP that will continue to CHALLENGE me to stay on track!!!!

    1 Stay focus for the whole week with diet and exercise
    2 Log everything even the unhealthy food!

    I did it.... NOT ONE SODA TODAY!! PHEW!! This is a huge deal for me!!! :drinker:

    Cardio - No worries 135 minutes done....Cardio-holic here!! :blushing:

    I didn't make any resolutions other than continuing on my journey one day at a time, one exercise at a time, one food at a time and logging, logging, logging, and measuring and weighing.:heart:

    I'm in. Did my hour today, albeit at a fairly gentle intensity. As to resolutions, I'm not going to set weight loss goals, but rather commit to the process (eat right and exercise). I also resolve to have a better net game in tennis by the time 2015 rolls around, and to spend a little more effort on my appearance now, rather than waiting for my "hard body" to show up first.
