    I had a very good day, done well with my calories intake, had 1/2h run and walked my dogs (in spite of the miserable weather).

    Exercised? Yes. 1/2 hr on Expresso bike. 285 calories burned
    Calories? Yes. Daily goal is 1600. I ate back some of my exercise calories which brought me up to 1835.
    Tracked? yes. just completed my diary for today
