I've decided to break up my resolutions in quarters. Here is what I will accomplish in the next three months:
continue logging
continue exercising
make Mondays the official "Meatless Monday" - either have an entire vegetarian meal, or a serving of fish in lieu of any meat protein. Effective on Jan. 6th
drop another 15 pounds
sign up for 5k in the end of Spring
My best to all of you out there.

Sounds like you have a great plan!! 2014 better watch out!!! Fat, move aside!!0 -
I'm in. Did my hour today, albeit at a fairly gentle intensity. As to resolutions, I'm not going to set weight loss goals, but rather commit to the process (eat right and exercise). I also resolve to have a better net game in tennis by the time 2015 rolls around, and to spend a little more effort on my appearance now, rather than waiting for my "hard body" to show up first.0
-
In for the cardio! I didn't see it yesterday, but today I did a 55 minute workout plus a one mile run... one hour and seven minutes!
Here are my main resolutions. I have some more personal ones as well. If any of you guys have similar resolutions and would like to hold eachother accountable, send me a friend request!
-Log and workout every day
-Beat this plateau. I don't care if I lose 1 oz, I am tired of being at this weight!
-No bingeing
-Eat only whole grains and don't eat carbs after 3pm (makes me bloated)
-Do yoga on Saturdays (my rest day)
-Only one treat per week, preferably less
-Finish 12 weeks of turbofire, repeat Insanity, complete the two asylum workouts, les mills combat and maybe P90X3
-Run an 8 minute mile
-Run 5 miles without stopping
-Weight train once a week (would love some accountability for this one, please!)
-Run once a week
-Lose my "muffin top" and get down to <20% body fat
-Have visible abs
-Read the entire Bible
-Finish the year with a 3.8 or higher GPA0 -
