    Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? Yes. I did a deep housecleaning that lasted several hours and then cooked for a couple of hours after that.

    Calories? Yep....but only because I exercised! I couldn't stop eating today!

    Exercise? Yep.....it was the best way to keep myself out if the pantry!

    Log? Yep.....including the potato chips that kept calling me from the pantry!

    I am so glad today is over with, and I hope my body is more agreeable to less food tomorrow!

    Oh so happy to be back on track. Today was surprisingly tough, I should have been able to coast somewhat calorically, having overeaten yesterday (and days before that). And my energy level was lower than what I would have liked while exercising. But I trust the process. If I can just string together a few more days like today I expect my energy level to pick up again. Once again, so very happy to be here, and grateful for our illustrious hostess and moderator. Thanks ladies.

    Knowing I had to check-in today kept me away from the donuts and bagels at a New Year's breakfast today. Happy to be back on track and anxious to re-lose what I've gained in the last few months!

    had a great 8 mile run early, walked the dog for a good hour and ate healthy; so much fun being back in the challenge
