    So far, so good! and I feel great, too!

    I had a great workout at the gym and took the dogs for a long walk too...
    spent so much time entering recipes, etc on mfp...easy now while I have the time away from work...
    hopefully I can continue to be as diligent when work gets busy again...

    Did I keep track of everyting I ate and drank? Yep :)

    So, I had originally decided that I was going to allow myself to eat back exercise cals and still count it as being under my calorie budget. Thats what I did today (although I'm usually right around my cal budget excluding workout calories), but I've decided to challenge myself, I don't want to eat back exercise cals this month. So if I do, I will count myself out of this challenge. :)

    Day 1 was hard, wasn't hung over but staying up late and sleeping at a friends took its toll on me. Glad I rallied and got alittle excersise in

    I was not able to exercise, due to be up until the early hours. However I was able to tackle my water by drinking 80 ounces today.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, I was high in carbs and could have made some better choices, but overall I was within budget.
    Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? Yes, I completed Week 6 Day 2 of C25K - Ran 20 minutes, walked 13 minutes.
    Did I keep track of everyting I ate and drank? Yes, logged every bite.

    Had to eat more tonight Hubby got on my back about not eating my legumes so I get enough B vits! LOL!

    Did a 17minute mile today, don't laugh in Sept 2013 that same mile was done in 28 min.
