    Yes, but in was extremely hard since today at work they had pumpkin chocolate chip bread!! That's my weakness ANY thing pumpkin! I have MORE Will power than I thought!:happy: :happy:

    Yes, I couldn't wake up for a run but at least I was able to get a walk in!

    My exercise was shoveling snow for thirty minutes...that's what you get in upstate NY! It's going to be tomorrow's too because there's about six more inches and still falling. It's great to get out in the cold fresh air!

    I would not have made it yesterday without this challenge. Had it all planned out with calories to spare. Then hubby opens a can of nuts. Normally I would have dug right in but I resisted and had only a couple of nuts was under calorie my goal :)

    Caradae, I just have to tell you that this is the greatest challenge ever!
    I have been attempting (unsuccessfully) to keep a food journal for years...this is exactly the motivation that I needed!
