    What a nightmare start to the new year. Got dumped via text and felt as sick as a dog from it all especially as no real reason was given until a text this morning. The weather was rotten outside and I didn't feel like moving at all.

    This challenge though couldn't be failed on the first day so I soldiered through and just about managed to stay inside my calorie count.

    Now thankfully anger is fuelling my emotions and I'm ready to ace the rest of the month.

    I am sad to say I am out on the first day. New Years day I caved in the evening, I was spending time with family.

    Stayed with in calorie goal? NO
    excercise 20 min minimum Yes kettle bells
    Accounted for all food and drink: no

    Sorry to hear. Some times we think that the world is coming to an end when something like this happens, but things happen for a reason and it is only later in life that we find that out. If the weather is no too bad, take a walk, even if you have to talk to yourself whilst walking, its better than sitting at home and raiding the fridge. I know this is not what you want to hear, but you are alive, have your health and looking into the future to lose your excess weight. Try and challenge that anger (if it is there) into making this work for you, it will not be easy, take one day at a time. Good luck.
