I just received a number of Leslie Sansone DVD's for Christmas. My goal is 50 miles this month. 1 done....49 to go.0

just joining thisgroup today so my goal for the month will be 70 miles.....maybe more, but i will stick with 70 for now!!

I just ordered Leslies Belly Blasting workout. I also got a Jessica Simpson walking workout too. This will be my first Leslie workout made in this decade. Lol. Looking forward to the new moves and brighter set. I'm used to the dark studio in the 5 Day Slim Down. And I'm not sure I can workout without Mary Kay too, so this will be interesting. Wonder what the old crew is doing? Has Leslie made any new workouts with them lately? If not I do hope she will in the future.
Jessica Simpson was in a Chris Frietag workout, "Two Week Turnaround" Cardio and I liked her style so trying this new one.
She's made new wo and new studio with new people. She's put up for sale her old one. I sure loved her old crew and miss them . I wld love a new video with them as well:). She seems to getting younger people in her videos with one or two older ones. She closed her old walk club she had on website and went big on fb, lots of people were upset because we paid for ours and she was giving it for free as well as gifting stuff on fb

I just got a fit bit and have done one Leslie 2 mile walk since. But the fitbit only logged 1 mile. Are my steps just too small or is this common?0 -

4 miles: 4 Mile Super Challenge
0 miles: walking outdoors
Goal for January: at least 50 combined miles
So far: 13 Leslie/ or other walking DVD miles

sussexbythesea (like the new name) and kawookie, I like your walk ticker. I used to use a ticker on another forum. They are fun to mark all sort of progress with.

I have been doing Leslie Sansone videos since October 2013. I started very slowly but have picked up my pace and endurance. I can see a difference in my body contours. I have been doing the Walk it off in 30 Days both the burn and firm. Also I enjoy the Mega Walk dvds. I have committed to 60 miles in January.0

I've had her 5 really big mile dvd for a year or so, but for Christmas got:
Belly Blasting Walk
Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan
5 Mile Fat Burning Walk
4 Mile Power Walk
Walk it Off in 30 Days
The past two days I've been using the Belly Blasting Walk DVD and I like it so much better than the 5 Really Big Miles one I'd been using off and on. Hoping by having a variety of DVD's I won't tire out of one routine.0 -
Traveled out of town today to see family. Spent 6 hours in the car on the road. Managed 6k of my 8k goal. My cold is getting much better, hoping I can skip the entire 'coughing my head off' business. :huh:0

Brrrrrr, so cold today! Grabbed a Jane Fonda DVD, walking aerobics, for my workout. Boy am I out of shape. Felt good to move. I went shopping today, but left my Fitbit at home on the charger. I suspect I got most of my steps in today.0
