I would like to say that I am wonderfully successful. But it's been a slow process and I hate the bounce. First I quit smoking, then I went to gym. I try to do a least 1 hour of exercise a day and cut my total calorie intake. No more late night snacks.0

Water, water, water! It has always been the key for me. I can send see my weight stand still if I don't have 8-10 cups a day. Then I walk about 30 min a day.0

Trying to make overall better food choices. Lots of cardio, doing at least 3-5 miles a day on treadmill and the elliptical, strength training, focusing heavily on ab workouts. Drinking lots of water and anything in between that will ultimately yield positive results!!0

Drinking water as opposed to Dr. Pepper, trying to get at least 30 active minutes on my FitBit a day, and eating out less.0

Doing aqua class 3 times a week. treadmill and bike. Walking at lunch for about 30 minutes. Tryiing to get in some WII exercise games in also.0
