Tension headache gone, so Day 7 caught up!
I needed a sit up break at 30 today, but somehow managed a 35 second plank

I did the T25 lower body today. I did not even know it was a rest day. I am glad. Because I did not have time to do it!

Sat down for a minute to relax yesterday before getting day 7 done and promptly fell asleep. So I did it today instead. Also did a 3.3 mile tempo run on the dreadmill. Back outside for more normal temps tomorrow.0
