It's a rest day for some or a day to catch up if you're behind. Make it a good one!

    Definitely a good day to rest. :) Though I also finish the first week of 5k training.

    Rest day for me too.. we deserve a break! :)
  • Tension headache gone, so Day 7 caught up!
    I needed a sit up break at 30 today, but somehow managed a 35 second plank :)
    Bring on tomorrow!

    I did the T25 lower body today. I did not even know it was a rest day. I am glad. Because I did not have time to do it! :) For all of you who did some catching up, great job!

    Sat down for a minute to relax yesterday before getting day 7 done and promptly fell asleep. So I did it today instead. Also did a 3.3 mile tempo run on the dreadmill. Back outside for more normal temps tomorrow.
