    GREAT MOVING, EVERYONE!!!! :drinker::drinker::drinker:

    I went to the gym and had a really great 5K treadmill run tonight. I felt strong and I was able to push it more than I have in quite a while. Not a PR, but was only 33 seconds away from one. My hip finally seems to be fully healed. :happy:

    I just finished the Disney World Dopey Challenge - 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, and Marathon over 4 days. It was a blast! And it puts me back in the lime green!

    Hurt my lower back. I tried to take a walk, could not do it so after a mile I had to quit. These are the worst goal numbers for a goal month.

    Wow JTH ! Great going! Fantastic!

    Well Hubby rejoined MFP today and started realizing why i am an exercise nut! His calories started adding up so - got out the bike and of course i went too.

    Got rain yesterday evening & that means ICE. It is amazing how one Sunday we were 60 below wind chill & yesterday 36 with rain to make everything shiney with ice. Sorta pretty if you don't have to leave your home. I chose the TM for 2.5 miles & the bike for 10.5 miles.

    ok update finally on my miles. I have not been working out much cuz of anniversary week hubby and i had. then we got tattoos alos so letting them heal up. anyway got a total of 166.2 miles out of 500 needed. 333.8 miles let to go! alot to make up, but I'll get back at it on my bike more tomorrow. hope u all r on track and not getting sick, since alot of my friends are getting sick.
