I went to the gym and had a really great 5K treadmill run tonight. I felt strong and I was able to push it more than I have in quite a while. Not a PR, but was only 33 seconds away from one. My hip finally seems to be fully healed. :happy:

ok update finally on my miles. I have not been working out much cuz of anniversary week hubby and i had. then we got tattoos alos so letting them heal up. anyway got a total of 166.2 miles out of 500 needed. 333.8 miles let to go! alot to make up, but I'll get back at it on my bike more tomorrow. hope u all r on track and not getting sick, since alot of my friends are getting sick.0

ANACONDA469 - Sorry your back is hurting...but as far as progress toward your goal, you are WAY ahead...you only need to be at 38% to be "on track" and you're at 77%. If you need to take a rest day to let your back heal, I'd say go for it. :flowerforyou:
