I was thinking we might want to do some monthly challenges. Each person can post their top 3 goals for the month. Then each week we can evaluate our progress.

My goals for January

1) Keep eating and snacking in check despite lots of craziness in the schedule
2) Take a walk or do 1 workout per week (i'm getting started again)
3) Drink 2 liters of water every day

    Well, they aren't exactly January goals, more like general ones, but here goes:

    1) Four workouts per week (30mins each)
    2) Start the 8-week weight loss challange with a friend
    3) Participate in the Hogwarts Fitness thingy on Tumblr
    4) Eat more protein and veggies.

    My goals are as follows:
    1. Complete 30 day shred, and workout 6 days a week, twice at gym
    2. Start a weight training program
    3. Eat more protein, probably going to use pea protein

    I think it's great to have a goal. Even if I don't get there exactly, I have a direction to channel my energy.

    So far I am on track with my January goals but I always seem to slip up around 2.5 weeks. So this time around I want to make sure I stay on track much longer.

    1) Log my food every single day. Even the days when I go over.
    2) Workout 5 times a week.
    3) Eat more protein!

    Ultimately I want to get below 110 by the end of the month. If I stick with my goals I should be able to.
