Hmm, not meeting my weekly aim but I tend to go a bit up and down and last week wasn't great so reasonably happy with 1/2 a pound. Also TOM which is never a good week :grumble: :sad:
However onwards and downwards- turbofire kicked into gear again this morning after a recovery week - I was literally dripping by the end- and it felt like a really good workout. Aim for this week - to snack less and log everything! Have a good week...

Feeling really good about this week's loss!! I'm averaging a pound a week, which is how it should be. My FitBit is really helping keep me in line. I'm meeting all of my step, stair and activity goals on most days of the week and it's paying off!0 -

Pretty good results coming in this week, lots of folks losing over 1%--that's a good week's work! Mommahix achieved dark yellow status and may have her 6.4 goal wrapped up by month end.
I've managed another .72% again this week, that's 1.5lbs/week for me which puts me behind schedule but I'm ok with that and I feel like I'm back in the groove after all the holiday food orgies. Right now I'm focused on my intermediate goal of breaking the 200 lb barrier. Setting inchstones instead of milestones is a good way to keep your motivation and capture some small victories.0 -

I'm really happy to see this loss this week! (though yesterday I weighed myself at 136.8 lbs, too bad that wasn't today lol) This week I was very dedicated to working out and tracking calories. Most of this is probably water weight as it was my first week really "back on the wagon" but I will keep on chugging along and hope for similar results next week!

I ended up having a good week on the scale as well as my eating and exercising. I was on the elliptical every day and did strength training twice (goal is three times). At this point, I have to average just over 1lb/week to make my goal. I was at an inexplicable plateau in December and now the weight is falling off just as inexplicably.0 -
