Fabulous job everyone!
My weight as of 1/17 was 165.4 and today I am 164.0 for a loss of 1.6 lbs :-)
Of course it would be great if 5 lbs at a time could just magicly fall away, but ultimately it feels good to be headed in the right direction. Keep up the good work all!
Someone mentioned last week we should also post something we did well and something we didn't :-) to keep us accountable. I went out to one of the best burger places in town Saturday for dinner and ordered a buffalo chicken salad with FF dressing (and I only was able to eat about 1/2 of it). Everyone else got yummy burgers, but I told myself "You can get a burger next time". I did have more miller lites than I planned that night and went over in calories, however I am a drinker of craft beers (which the place we visited as a decent selection of) so I did make a "better choice" calorie wise drinking a boring, low cal beer.0 -

Lesson from this week; I worked really hard all week but had a "splurge" girl's night with wine on Saturday night, & clearly that killed this week for me. In the future, I will definitely be more aware of what I consume at ladies' nights!
