    my weight is ... 165.2 I am down 1.8 lbs. in a little over a week.
    I know I need to do exercise to see 2 pounds a week.

    Lesson from this week; I worked really hard all week but had a "splurge" girl's night with wine on Saturday night, & clearly that killed this week for me. In the future, I will definitely be more aware of what I consume at ladies' nights!

    Okay, well, all of you did a very good job last week. Keep it up. As long as we keep it up and focus we will reach our goals. I did not lose last week, but I cannot get frustrated because if I do I will give up and that is NOT AN OPTION! :-)

    Way to hold strong and drink the crappy beer! I know that's tough - the winter brews are my favorites. I had a snowdrift vanilla porter last night as a treat and it put me over on calories but I couldn't watch my husband drink his any more!!
