I'm tough, o yeah!!
Completed (more than) 14 minutes of arms, shoulders, glutes, and pushups, before any of you were out of bed.
Now, I'm wiped out. Let's see what you can do!! Come on, Be Tough!!

Abs time! A little belly dancing to some hip hop ought to do it.
