Lesson from this week; I worked really hard all week but had a "splurge" girl's night with wine on Saturday night, & clearly that killed this week for me. In the future, I will definitely be more aware of what I consume at ladies' nights!

Way to hold strong and drink the crappy beer! I know that's tough - the winter brews are my favorites. I had a snowdrift vanilla porter last night as a treat and it put me over on calories but I couldn't watch my husband drink his any more!!0
