    I've been drinking at least 10 cups of water on Tues and Thurs because of the double workout. I got a little dehydrated last Tues and got a bit dizzy so I'm being more careful this week. Swam this morning for 45 minutes, 10 minute treadmill warmup for an hour circuit class tonight...............yikes
