Hurt my darn hip again exercising, so I had to give it a few days of rest and ibuprofen. It's not a bad injury but I know from experience that it will be if I don't let it heal. I'm out for the month, but please invite me back in for February..0

Hurt my darn hip again exercising, so I had to give it a few days of rest and ibuprofen. It's not a bad injury but I know from experience that it will be if I don't let it heal. I'm out for the month, but please invite me back in for February..
