first month done!

well just finished ... still having a hard time doing the low body workout! lol! hate those lunges. Didnt lose a pound!!!! but oh well! ill keep pushing though

two more months to see if i can see some change ! :huh:

    Did you take before pics and measure? I'm sure you are making some great progress even if the scale isn't going down.

    Monday starts week 4 for me. I've yet to "nail" any of the workouts, but I am feeling stronger. On the lunges, I usually step back into the it instead of forward just because it's easier on my knees. For some reason going forward really hurts my knees, but going back doesn't.

    Great job on finishing month 1!

    i did, yes... waiting until monday to take the new ones. i try to "nail" all of the workouts haha!! I do see a change on my belly ... last week of first month was insane ! super tired! but i will keep pushing play though!

    Great job on your first month! I will be starting week three. I might do Alpha over before moving on. I hate cardio, I love the strength training and lower body ones though.
