    Today was a little rough but I made it to the gym. For some reason I woke up about 3:00 am and couldn't get back to sleep. Went to the gym at 5 and did a 40 minute circuit incorporating some of the new things we learned in our circuit class last week and then swam 30 laps in 30 minutes back stroke (a little off my fastest pace, but decent). Then I slept through most of the first football game................LOL. Go Denver!

    Made a nice turkey chili for game day and stuck to my portion size even though it tasted pretty darn good.......hahaha

    I was able to get up early for a run plus get a walk in before Seahawks game! This weekend I was able to stay focus with my exercise and diet! So far so good here just NEED to get to MY goal weight by March again!!!
