Well, after a carefree (really care-less) weekend (Hubby b-day), I'm up 1.2. I was down to 305 yesterday, but it said 307.6 this morning, so I'm not cheating, and I'm using today's weight. I fully expect to bounce back to the downward trend today. After a lot of sugar/salt, I puff up. It'll come off probably by tomorrow.

I lost about 10 lb so far in January! WAHOO!!!! I'm amazed that I'm finally getting over my plateau!!!0 -
Well we are in the groove all right. We have folks falling like stones, we have folks gaining, we have folks on plateaus watching the scenery. Shuki is just evaporating--she has lost 10 pounds so far. Wow! You can see in the data that many experience a minimal loss one week get a big loss the next week. Watch your graph on MFP, it should be a saw tooth with downward average slope.
My personal performance is slow but fairly steady--to use a football analogy it's three yards and a cloud of dust each week. I think I have been cheating a bit with a nibble here and there (some idiot :huh: bought a barrel of cheese ball puffs at Sam's Club), my goal this week is to rein that in and see what happens.0 -
