I just completed week 2 also, starting week 3 today. How much did you lose in the first 2 weeks?0

I actually didn't lose anything YET... I gained 5lbs, wasn't too excited about that but after reading reviews and forums i see that it's normal for some people to do that. But I eat healthy, not following the nutrition guide but I don't exceed 1300 calories per day0

i started 2 weeks ago and last I week i started doing the Dr. Ian Smith's Shred diet along with insanity and I lost 3.6lbs in a week exercising. I'm sure next week when you weigh in, you'll see results.0
