154 again, but considering my husband and i had our first overnight away from the kids in 2 years (we have NO help whatsoever and had to pay a sitter) and there was a steak and some cocktails in front of me, I'm feeling ok with it.

Oh I forgot - POINTS! I was so excited about actually losing, I forgot about that handy little chart!
I had 186 from the activities and 15 from losing a pound (and maintaining).
So 201 total for me.
My goal this week is to get fruit points all week and all those DOUBLE POINTS from exercising!

I am hoping this is from gaining muscle because I have been doing a lot of high intensity circuit training... so hopefully I will lose this week.
