The New Rules of Lifting for Women - TNROLFW

I've just downloaded this, it will take me a while to get through reading it but I've heard good things as I'm a novice to lifting. All I've done is a few moves with hand weights part of Jillian Michaels Body Revolution, I'm not a member of a gym at the moment and workout whilst my daughter is at home so hoping I can make this work for me.

Advice and opinions of TNROLFW please

Thanks

Vic

I got that book and 3 more to get myself in strength training this year. I am reading them to see which one I want to follow. Another one that has a good looking program is by Irene Lewis-McCormick "A Woman's Guide to Muscle and Strength".

Let me know if you start following New Rules plan.
