Fantastic going. Planks can be tough. But what an accomplishment!

Thanks for the encouragement. I never thought I would be able to hold a plank that long. Now it's a challenge every day to see if I can add that additional 5 seconds. BTW I believe I'm seeing a change in my mid-section.0 -
That plank was brutal! I was shaking 30 secs in but I made it! Woohoo!0

I haven't posted in a few days! I did fall a bit behind, because of this cold I've been dealing with since Dec. 15th. I've been keeping up with my running, but sometimes too tired to deal with the abs challenge at 10 pm with this ridiculous cold. Anyway I just finished day 21, will probably follow a day behind you ladies and catch up on the rest day. Good work everyone!0
