Cool goals, sims... but you'll triumph over them all.
Minus 2 degrees here with snow, but I'll triumph over the deep freeze and walk to work (wrapped up like a mummy with just my eyes showing). My dog has to stay home again.
Goals:
75 granny pushups: 20
75 push ups on the stairs: 20
100 bicep curls: 10
100 triceps dips: 100 -

Hey guys! I haven't forgotten about you. Work has been crazy busy....they actually won't me to do work :ohwell:
I haven't been able to do too much deskercise here, but I ran a marathon last Sunday, so I'm at least staying active!

Hi Sims and Hollis and Gee! I'm feeling lazy today, probably from exercising a lot this week and not eating enough. So I'll set some goals and hope for the best:

Hey Everyone! I'm around too! It's been a crazy couple of days plus I got snowed in the other day. Swamped by work. I'm hoping tomorrow will be a little more lax.
I'm getting small workouts here and there. Today is a big gym day. I need to relax.
