i finished week 1 yesterday.. tom is here and its cold so will probably start week 2 later in the week.0

Just started this in the last week. Did w2d1 this morning.
I used run a lot but was advised not to run any more due to issues with my pelvis, but over the last few years I have strengthened the muscles in and around my pelvis, so thought I would test the waters with this program as it breaks you into running gently. so far so good. I'm finding it a lovely way to start the day

It's a program to get you into running/jogging over 9 weeks. Eases you into it at your pace. I have really enjoyed it so far. Several on here are doing, you should join us never to late to start.0

w3d2 just completed, even in strong winds working against me, I'm finding this reasonably easy. I do very little cardio, just lift heavy weights often
Anyone who is further into this program, does it feel more challenging or has your body adapted to each stage?0 -
