Looking for Gluten free friends!

Have to go gluten free for a month so checking if there's any kiwis on here the same to get some meal and product ideas from :) I'm a carb-aholic so reeeeally not looking forward to it haha! Found some crackers and a marmite replacement last night so I'm a bit more optimistic :)

    I should eat gluten free but I struggle with it. I try and eat whole foods, Im interested in supporting your journey ;-)

    Yes it's been challenging but getting there! Had to go dairy free as well which is making it even more difficult but hopefully it's only for another couple of weeks :)
