2 litres/8.5 cups of water per day enough for my bodytype?

I have an icecube tray which I split into 4 everyday, and each glass is 0.5 litres of water.

  • I feel like you need to drink as much water as possible. For me, if I don't drink at least a gallon a day, I stall.

    I think you should drink more. I drink about 4 to 5 liters a day
  • Thank you both. I posted elsewhere and people told me to increase too. I'm going for 4 litres per day - 2 ice cube trays to go through for easy tracking! Thx
