Hi Everyone! I started out at 211 in early January. Yesterday I was at 201.9! I've been there for about a week now and have been eating within my calories, doing cardio and strength training. I'm going to challenge myself to do more cardio so I can be under 200 SOON! My over all goal is to be at 150!0
