    Hello Everyone,

    I kicked started my weight loss goal on January 3 ( out of town with family). I am so excited to be on this journey to regain control over my life.

    On January 10, I purchased a Fitbit Force, and challenge myself daily to complete 5 miles.

    Fitbit Force Walk in Out Challenge

    1) Walk 3 miles before work
    2) Cardio Blast 16-20 minutes
    3). AB Work
    4). Smaller portions
    5). Eating veggies with every meal
    6). Adding exercise throughout day
    7). Working out in the Evening as well

    Goal:
    Food-
    drink nothing but water throughout the day with 1 treat drink (juice/day) plus 1 cup of milk (I have low calcium this is a must for me)
    replace at least 1-2 meal(s)/day with MR shake mixed with 16oz water
    eliminate fried foods 5 days/week
    starch only with dinner
    Exercise
    at least 5 times a week alt 30DS, black girls workout too, JM 6Week 6pk
    plus 50 crunches/reverse crunches and 50 squats/lunges each morning 6-7 days a week

    I would also like to add, although no scale victory was shown this week, that I did take measurements and have taken off 2 inches from my neck, 3 inches off of my waist and an inch around my hips. I am thrilled and pleased and thankful for afreshstart today! Congrats to everyone who has shown a scale victory and to all others, we will do it next time and lets keep pressing on forward! :smile:

    As of right now, I'm doing a low CARB diet with my husband. His doctor put him on because of his diabetes so I figured I would do it with him..it can't hurt. so here I am!!!

    My goals are to be able to wear a swim suit ( silly right) but it is and to be able to run a mile...
