Sorry for no posts but I have been keeping track of mileage. I found out yesterday that I have a torn lateral meniscus so I go to the orthopedic doc to find out how bad. Hopefully it will not curtail my running.

holy moly, it feels good to be back! Took all of last week off, got knocked on my @SS by the flu. Started week 2 of C25K yesterday at the gym on the treadmill, adding 1.75 miles

Sorry for being MIA this month! It's been totally crazy for me in the past two months, :sick: and I had a hard time to keep up! I took the weekend to catch up on sleep. :yawn:
So I'm only adding 34 miles since my last visit to the MYA Challenge, but I'll be back next month, and hopefully, work won't get in the way as much as it did in January! Planning a run tomorrow morning in what seems like ages!!! :ohwell:
Obviously, I won't be able to catch up with all of you guys, but I promise to be back for February to cheer everybody up! :drinker:

Started off 2014 with a sinus infection and a Nor'Easter. I will be on vacation for a week at the end of the month - Going with 70 miles for this month.
