I kicked started my weight loss goal on January 3 ( out of town with family). I am so excited to be on this journey to regain control over my life.

On January 10, I purchased a Fitbit Force, and challenge myself daily to complete 5 miles.
Fitbit Force Walk in Out Challenge
1) Walk 3 miles before work
2) Cardio Blast 16-20 minutes
3). AB Work
4). Smaller portions
5). Eating veggies with every meal
6). Adding exercise throughout day
7). Working out in the Evening as well

I would also like to add, although no scale victory was shown this week, that I did take measurements and have taken off 2 inches from my neck, 3 inches off of my waist and an inch around my hips. I am thrilled and pleased and thankful for afreshstart today! Congrats to everyone who has shown a scale victory and to all others, we will do it next time and lets keep pressing on forward!0 -

Good morning!! I have been in the group a while but haven't participated as much as I should. One of my goals for 2014 is to participate more in challenges/groups. I have been on my journey for 2 years and I have lost and regained the whole time to the point I am now at my highest weight. As I entered into 2014, I have decided to stop going down and then back up and to just keep the scale and inches going down until I reach my goal.
